This hotel has a great location, right next to Jonker Street, which makes it convenient for exploring the city's main attractions, including the river and church. The staff are very helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to assist with any needs. The rooms are clean and well decorated, with attention to detail. I particularly liked the rooms with windows facing the streets, as it gave a nice view of the surroundings. The hotel also provides daily housekeeping, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The only minor downside was that the walls are not soundproof, which may cause some disturbances for light sleepers. However, considering the value for money and the hotel's overall positive aspects, this was not a major issue.

Great location, close to everything and easy to get around town. the hotel staffs were nice and helpful. the room was very clean and had good air-conditioning. It also had a safe and a fridge which was useful for my business trip. the breakfast provided was adequate and it served eggs made to order which were delicious.
The room didn't have proper sound proofing, and I could hear all the noise from the street which kept me awake until late night. the lack of a window made it worse.

The location was convenient, with easy access to all the attractions and delicious food. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere, especially in the sunny weather. It was great being able to pop back to the hotel to freshen up and drop off our shopping. The staff were fast to respond and offered excellent service. The simple breakfast provided was a nice bonus. we had a fantastic experience.
Although the street outside could be a little busy on weekends or holidays, it didn't bother us too much. We also noticed some noise from vehicles, but as light sleepers, it wasn't ideal.

The hotel offered free breakfast which was a nice surprise. Our room was located near all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The room beds were very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep.
The room size was smaller than expected for the price paid. the lack of on-site parking made it a bit of a hassle to drop off and pick up luggages.
